I purchased a 12x16 shed from Apex Shed Company. I met with Chelsy Pando, the office manager. She was very helpful and a amazing person to work with. She went over everything with me, worked around my work schedule, and kept me posted on my delivery date with e-mails. The 3 gentlemen they sent out to build my shed were very professional. When they left after building my shed, my yard was clean, and my shed looked amazing! After getting bids for the same size shed from 2 other companies, Apex Sheds had the best price, warranties and I feel, workmanship! I would purchase from Apex Shed again if I needed another shed. I began my search for a shed supplier by using online resources. The Apex website distinguished itself with helpful product descriptions. I confirmed Apex as my choice by visiting their operation and found Gary to be not only a good communicator, but transparent in his answers and able to back up all of his suggestions with a technical command of the detail. Gary was specific in explaining site preparation requirements and I made sure that the cement work was precise (exact size, absolutely no grade). It took extra attention to ensure the 2-foot perimeter access for installation was achieved. All of this paid off and the installers wasted no time. The installation had to be shifted a few days later because of snow storms, but I was informed, and they followed through. The installers were careful, the work was done well, and we have nothing but compliments for the process and the results.
I researched several shed manufacturers before choosing Apex. They are fantastic. Gary Jackson and his associates are professional and do a great job. We had a large (barn) shed built. We liked it so much, we had Apex build us a second shed (you can't have too many sheds). All the work was done as promised and a couple of returns visits were done quickly. They are always courteous.

Great place to find a quality built shed. Everything was just as requested. We were able to get a paint color and shingles that very closely match the house. The installation crew was skilled and efficient and gave careful attention to detail. They even went over the siding after it was up and make sure every nailhead was painted over. They assemble the shed on site, so you don't have to worry about heavy equipment driving across the yard with a factory assembled shed.

The base price of all of our sheds include, a 4′ wide single door, delivery and on-site construction (within 70 miles of Springville, Utah. Delivery fees will be charged for distances of more than 70 miles). All of base models come primed and ready to paint. All other options such as door upgrades, windows, vents, skylights, shelving, lofts and more are available for an additional cost. Click here for custom options pricing.
Many of our customers want to paint their own shed and as such, we do not include paint in the base price (this is a standard practice in the shed industry). However, you may add the paint option to any of our storage buildings for an additional charge. For most buildings, the cost for paint is 12% of the base price. However, it may be more for some models such as our Coop ‘De Ville chicken coops that require a lot more paint than a standard shed.
We use a high quality Sherwin Williams Paint and we spray all of the siding and trim in our shop and then after installation we touch-up any nails, scuffs or scratches and we leave you with the leftover paint.
Click Here for our Paint Color OptionsThe simple answer is no. Our sheds have their own built in floor. Our floor joists have a lifetime ground contact warranty and can sit right on the ground, gravel, concrete or on any other solid base. We highly recommend a gravel base over all other bases because gravel allows for better drainage and airflow under the shed. However, many customers do chose to pour a concrete pad and that is just fine. We can also attach the shed to your concrete pad, using the concrete as the floor as long as your concrete is poured to the correct specification.
We highly recommend leaving at least 24″ of space all the way around your shed for a maintenance and workspace. We require a minimum of 18″ work space on most models and a minimum of 24″ workspace on Standard Barns, Tall Barns and Sheds with custom roof pitches. In some cases, we may be able to build a shed with less space than 18″ but there will be an additional cost for the additional labor and time it takes to do this.

The actual on-site installation typically only takes a day or two unless the building is extremely custom. However, the wait time is typically 2 to 8 weeks depending on how busy we are. During our busiest seasons we can be scheduled out as far as 3 months so we highly recommend planning ahead and ordering your building as early as possible.
